While we were staying around Clermont-Ferrand, preparing our departure, we didn’t miss any opportunity to visit this fantastic place. It’s tiny, it’s cosily decorated, it smells sweet and the home-made cakes and hot chocolates are heavenly. I mean it, heaven.
We tried the cookies and the moelleux (caramel and chocolate), and if you like thick, rich, slightly spicy hot chocolate then you’ll have to taste “L’intense” – your tastebuds will enter paradise, promised. Or you go for the hot chocolate tasting where you’ll have three small mugs filled to the brim with different variations of the liquid gold (I had white, milky cocoa and l’intense).
The team and the guests are also very friendly, and you just can’t help to feel at home here, and so peaceful. It’s probably the chocolate effect 🙂
